Welcome to my latest page!
Well, after this page, I can only add one more, then it is time for a second, even 'arder site! Well, this page will all be about cars (once it has finished). As you can tell, it says 'Photo5' on the menu bar thingy. This is not my fault! It doesn't want to change as yet. Just remeber this, eh!

How do I rate my car?
Gary's Car - X reg Vauxhall Astra Club 1.6 16V 5dr hatchback in Star Silver II.
Actually, under the Focus, the Astra rules the small family car table. It is very good in most aspects apart from it's servere lack in colour. Silver has never strook me, it is just an endless collage of, well,...........grey! It may not be the most wakiest of modern designs, but it looks a dam site better than the Focus. I like the conservative look! Comfort levels are amongst best in the class and the 1.6 16V ecotec unit is the fastest, most efficient 1.6 engine of any car! It handles 99% as well as the Focus and comes with standard remote locking, chrome door handles, twin airbags, rear armrest, map reading lights and air-con all for around 12000 pounds - a bargain and a solid, sensible choice. This car is even capible of quite easily having a Golf 2.0T GTi!

Fantastic, 'must have' cars
Here is where you will find a lot of dream cars no normal person can afford! The new Aston Martin Vanquish V12 (not out yet) is bound to be the ultimate car to tour in! The current DB7 is also very good indeed! Two Jags, the 'S' Type and new 'X' type are certainly luxury cruisers that we all deserve! The Merc 'S' class is another one. The top of the range Ford Cougar V6 even comes into 'must have' territory! Any one of the Ford 'Cosworth' range are now officially collectors items, particulary early Escort and later Sierra Cosworths. |

Very good cars
You wont believe how many of these cars came close into being classed as ultimate! The large Peugeot 607 is one. The new Mk3 Mondeo is also a fine car that is at least 'very good' in basic spec! Sporty Mk4 Astras (not including warm 'SXi') and 1.6 Corsa Sports also rank here. Lots of sporty small hatches are here such as the 3.0 V6 Renaultsport Clio! Here also ranks the fine 3.2 V6 Omega MV6, Lotus Eleses and Vauxhall VX220s. All Ford Focuses are here too. |

Good cars
Now, most cars appear here. There are few better cars and few wose cars. Most manufacturers have now realised that people want good cars. Well in this category come some jap cars such as the latest Honda Civc and the latest Nissan Almera. This is where all Skodas now appear. |

Mediocre, average cars
This is where some people will now disagree with me. the humble Ford Fiesta may have lost it's supermini crown, it is still good but serverly lacks on rear space, sorry. Overrated sports cars also come here as well, such is the new Subaru Impreza. The new one is not as good as the old one and the interior is still very cheap. The Nisssn Micra, king of superminis in 1993 has hardly changed a bit and is now simply falling away, but a new one is due soon. The Peugeot 106 also appears here, good in 1991, but not so good now! Demoted to the 'city car' category, but most city cars are better. I'm really sorry for the next one, but the Rover 45 is no more than a warmed up 400, that was never much cop anyway!

Bad cars!
Here is where you will find most of the Vectra range, particularly the repmobile models (i.e LS, GLS). Basic-model new shape Corsa's also appear here. The ever dating VW Polo also comes here. It may be well built, but it is far behind most rivals in all the important aspects these days. Another bad car is the Honda Logo. It is new here, but has been in many other countries for several years and you only have to look at it to see why! |

Absolutely awful cars you simply must avoid!
Now, you have to be pretty crap to appear here. All car companies should be ashamed of themselves if they see their cars here! Well, the only obvious one here is the Perouda Nippa, simply because it is an upturned corrigated pram on wheels! |
